We present you only with the best of traditional Ethiopian clothes. Our dresses are handmade from start to finish with time-honored ways.
The raw cotton is first treated and thoroughly sorted out by experienced women.
They then pinch and spin the delicate cotton onto a basic tool called ‘Inzirt’ or a large spinning wheel.
The threads are then balled into yarn, strung up on a wooden loom and woven into fabric by talented weavers.
Familiar and colorful Ethiopian patterns will not be stitched or printed onto, but meticulously hand woven into this blank canvas. We craft many different types and styles of traditional attire. From the more customary fashion or to ones tailored to specific requests, the whole process can take weeks for a single dress.
